I am extremely grateful that I was born at such a time as this and got to live in the era of the Greatest Entertainer in History..Micheal Jackson was “The Biggest Influence” on my career….
Although I am shocked, devastated and sadden by his passing, I am also inspired..I am reminded all over again why I wanted to sing and dance. The first song Ralph and I sang together for Travis Gresham our first manager was “Rock with you”. We’ve performed numerous of his songs in the early years when we were getting started. Before we would go on stage (New Edition) we would close our eyes, meditate and listen to The Jackson Live Album to get ready for our show.( Who can listen to a Micheal Jackson song without hitting a mike move or two.) We even had the pleasure of meeting Mike and hanging out with him at his home (still looking for the pictures). We got to see what he was like as a real human being. He was the coolest, just a kid at heart.
I miss Michael. But no matter what, his music and his style will be a part of me forever.
Michael Jackson….You will never be forgotten. We love you. Thank you for your legacy and inspiration.

~JUST GOT THROUGH WATCHING “SHAKEN NOT STIRRED”…..I HAVE TO SHARE THE TRUTH…
Bobby saids Maurice star told him that he should get some backround dancers and that’s how New Edition was formed.
This is false….New Edition was started by Micheal Bivins, Bobby & Myself..At this time we hadn’t even met Maurice Starr.. Brooke Payne gave us the name New Edition.. I feel like I need to speak on this because I feel like its such a disrespect and a slap in the face to Brooke Payne and the rest of us in the group, who work so hard to start this group and build that name..

Bobby said he was voted out of the group 3 to 1..he said Ralph was the only one that didn’t vote him out.
This is also false.
It was a unanimous decision. All four of us voted him out INCLUDING RALPH.
I have no hard feelings towards Bobby Brown or any of the other members…they are my brothers. But i cant sit back and let lies be told when its disrespectful.
AT THE END OF THE DAY…..
I HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT JOHNNY, BOBBY OR RALPH. I WISH THEM ALL THE SUCCESS IN THE WORLD. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE THEM NO MATTER WHAT & I AM STILL PRAYING FOR THE DAY NEW EDITION WILL GET BACK TOGETHER AND DO WHAT GOD PUT US HERE TO DO.

Just Saw the Movie “Notorious”. Takes me back…I was actually at the Vibe party the night Biggie got shot and took a picture with him right before….Im still looking for the photographer that has that shot. Hopefully he can read this and email it to me. I was also at the fight the night 2pac got shot…2 Legendard Inspiring Artists that i will never forget. They did a great job with the movie. I left with memories yet regret because ….We are not making the New Edition movie right now. We have a story to tell. Its not over….I leave it in Gods Hands.
